STROOM and De Media Maatschap (DMM) continue together under the name STROOM - Energy for growth. As of October 2021, DMM is affiliated with the Candid platform and the first steps have been taken towards a far-reaching collaboration with STROOM. The daily management of the new STROOM will be formed by Samantha Catsburg (Agency lead Rotterdam), Willem-Jan Nouwens (Agency lead Amsterdam) and Martijn Jaartsveld (Strategy Director).
DMM brings even more digital expertise to the new agency, especially in SEA and dashboarding. STROOM brings in extra brand and marketing communication expertise, in addition to media.
Samantha Catsburg: "We see many advantages because a synergy effect is created and because of that we can serve our clients even better. In a market that is becoming increasingly complex, partly due to consolidations and fragmented media consumption, it is important to be able to advise and assist clients fully. The scale makes it easier to invest in new services and products to make our customers grow."
High customer satisfaction
Willem-Jan Nouwens: "STROOM and DMM have a similar DNA. As a result, the integration of both agencies is smooth and feels very natural. Offices in Rotterdam and Amsterdam
The new agency is based in both Amsterdam and Rotterdam for optimal national coverage. The agency focuses on medium to large national advertisers. The new STROOM consists of 30 client consultants who work daily on clients such as Hero Nederland, Decathlon, ENGIE, World Wildlife Fund, Dille&Kamille and The Royal Concertgebouw.
